At Jaccar, we take pride in our healthy lifestyle brand of house-made desserts using mostly locally sourced, organic ingredients.
It is our intention to “sweeten” anyone’s day and so we offer vegan, gluten-free and adult options including fruit sorbet, smoothies and popsicles (fruits sourced from local farmers), Artisan ice cream, milkshakes, ice cream cookie sandwiches, cookies, chocolates, toffee, fresh vanilla and chocolate waffle bowls and cones, toppings, local juices and Coquito!
Every month we offer new flavors and treats. Celebrating an occasion? Book us for your wedding, party or other event. We offer services ranging from takeout options to ice cream buffets. Most containers and utensils we serve our products in are Biodegradable. We are located in Gallows Bay Commercial Center with ample parking. Open Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00am – 6:00pm and Sunday, 2:00 – 6:00pm.
Who is #TeamJaccar? Marlon hails from the “land of wood and water” aka Jamaica, has lived on St. Croix for six years now, is a marine scientist, avid reader, stellar soccer player and amazing dad and husband. Lia drifted to St. Croix from sister island St. Thomas five years ago and though she loves St. Thomas she now considers herself an “honorary” Crucian. She is a marine scientist, enjoys a challenge, loves her family to no end, and is supremely organized. Nathalia is Crucian-born and has over 10 years of culinary experience, loves to socialize and is passionate about her family, friends, work and life. Alana has a knack for socializing, enjoys technology in all forms, and is extremely talented. Jayden is the littlest member of our team, enjoys soccer, swimming, school projects, his pets and helping at the shop. See you soon! #TeamJaccar
