Cheeseburgers in America's Paradise

Cheeseburgers in America's Paradise has become an East End tradition - at least in my family. Nobody leaves island without a visit to Cheeseburgers. In fact, it is usually the first stop after the airport.

The atmosphere at this open air restaurant feels like you are at a friend's back yard barbeque. People sitting next to you feel like old friends. This comfortable environment invites friends and family to engage in laughter and a good time is had by all.

cheeseburgers-in-paradise-2.jpgStart with any number of their tropical frozen beverages, sodas or anything else from their full bar to go with what else -- you guessed it...their world famous cheeseburgers! You can choose from their renowned Blue Cheese and Mushroom burger or spice it up with the Tex-Mex burger.

Don't feel like a burger? Don't worry - there is something for everyone. Try some nachos with Bridget's salsa on the side or a hot dog with TJ's homemade chili as a topper. Check out the daily chef 's specials and yummy soft serve ice cream.

With moderate prices you can afford to keep coming back and pick up a souvenir. Check out their custom koozies and assortment of T-shirts.

Enjoy live music Thursday through Sunday nights. Check out St. Croix's legendary musician, Llewelleyn, every Saturday night as he strums everyone's favorite tunes. Cheeseburgers In America's Paradise should definitely be on everyone's must do list. Check them out seven days a week for lunch or dinner beginning at 11am.

We visited your restaurant a few days ago and was very disappointed to see the use of styrofoam cups and plastic cutlery. Very sad to see a beautiful island like St Croix become a landfill.

If recycling is not available why not use funky glasses and reusable dishes? I'm so surprised that stryofoam, of all things, is being used.

Is there a reason for this? I get the atmosphere thing but it's so not acceptable anymore.

I hope you find the desire to contribute to a healthy planet in the small way by using reusable dishware.

We just returned from St. Croix. The things we enjoyed the most were Tito and Sue's crab races, lunch at Sunset Beach and dinner at Tuto Bene! We had a blast as usual, St. Croix is a relaxing moderately priced island. No fancy clothes, just relax!

Hi, Im looking for Sue and Tito. Old friends. Phone # I have is not working. Can you find them and give them my email address. Thanks
Michelle, Teddy's friend

Does Joan Foley still own Cheeseburgers? If so, I'd like to know if she heard anything about my ex, Anthony Ripley, found floating in St. Francis Bay about 3 years ago. He was living on my catamaran "Stressbuster" and acting as volunteer park ranger. His face was beaten, no accidental drowning.

You rented my house maybe in 2001

CHeesburgers is our "First Night" meal in STX. We stay just down the road at Chenay Bay. You guys have the best burgers anywhere, wish I could get them here in Maryland :( Guess I'll just have to head south again, soon!
