A varied menu served throughout the day includes local seafood selections -- conch, shrimp, lobster, and red snapper - as well as several daily specials: Thursday stewed goat and BBQ spareribs; Friday roast pork or goat and fish & fungi; Saturday stewed pig feet along with the pork or goat. All is lovingly prepared by Angela Morales, second generation owner of this "must visit" spot, the island's favorite for Crucian or Spanish cuisine.
