Our menu was inspired by the home cooked Greek meals that Peter's mother and Yia-Yia (grandmother) prepared for him as a child. Chef Aaron Matlofsky spent 6 months working with Peter to recreate the childhood recipes that warmed his soul complete with favorites like dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), souvlaki, authentic Greek gyros (pronounced "heroes"), and mousaka.
