Our award-winning menu was inspired by the home-cooked Greek meals that Peter's mother and grandmother prepared for him as a child. As with many Greek family recipes nothing was written - instead they were handed down with a pinch of this and a dash of that. His chefs work with Peter to recreate childhood recipes complete with favorites like dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), souvlaki, authentic Greek gyros, and mousake.
