Bill’s a true water man who grew up as a professional ocean Life Guard and surfed, windsurfed, kiteboarded and paddleboarded professionally. He is one of the top instructors in the US, his techniques are state-of-the-art, and he’s taught over 1000 people to kite surf with a stellar reputation intact (see Trip Advisor).
Kite St Croix / Paddlesurf St Croix is a full-service watersports operation that is licensed and insured. Learn and work out knowing you are in the hands of a real experienced water man. Safety and ‘quick learning’ are their priorities. Learn to ride in three days! All classes are done with chase boat and helmet radios. The school and instructors are PASA and WPA certified.
Paddleboarding has now become a huge part of the business as well! Both Bill and his wife, Isabelle Picard, race paddleboards professionally and are sponsored by JP Australia and Werner Paddles. They are committed to sharing their love and passion for the sport, and offer an amazing venue at Chenay Bay Beach Resort, to practice SUP–offering lessons, SUP yoga, SUP Fitness, and Race Training.
